FAMILY TOURS IN LONDON
Several options that are child-friendly and educational

A range of Bible and city tours that are easy, educational, and affordable (or free) for families.

"Bible Highlights of the British Museum" - a free Bible tour which is conducted for medium size groups on many Saturdays, usually around 10.10am or 2pm. This is 55 minutes long; just tip the guide after you've enjoyed this educational tour... our guides are almost all pioneers, Bethelites or elders. This tour has built-in questions and answers for children, on advance request. Similar is a 'Kiddies' version, (also an 'Egypt-ology' version) for your groups of 15 or more children (age 8-15)... but this is presented by special advance booking and requires £5 per adult or child.

Boat trip on the Thames - a brilliant leisurely and educational ride on a 500-seat cruiser through the most famous sights of London. Usually presented on a Saturday but also on other days for groups, only as part of the 'Full City Tour' (see separate web page) . This is approx 40 minutes long (with a free Cockney commentary).

V&A Museum with paddling pool - a sunny shallow haven and pool (Summer only) in the centre of this famous museum at Knightsbridge. Free admission. Ask our guide to show you how to get there, or go as a group. This is a standard part of our 3-day Theocratic Weekend Breaks. A short self-guided Introductory Tour of the adjacent Natural History Museum is available free on request, along with any booking for our British Museum tours.

"Grand Tour of the British Museum" - a comprehensive Bible tour which is conducted every Saturday but also on other days. This is 2-hours long, with a short comfort break halfway. Group and family rates apply. Our guides are almost all pioneers, Bethelites or elders. This tour has built-in questions and answers for children, on advance request. This is the only museum tour that can be booked online, for individuals or families.

Theocratic Weekend Breaks- teaming up with Betheltours' huge continental coach, hotels, and theocratic guides for the whole weekend, this is ideal for families; safe, good company, educational, low cost (child rates for 3 days are usually from about £30) (Under 2s are free). If you become the trip coordinator collecting the local names, or get the trip started, you will have a full free fare as part of the costing. This tour has built-in Caleb & Sophia activity packs available for children, on advance request, as well as the new Caleb & Sophia photo opportunity with them at Bethel, and a free tour (on advance request) of the "Bible in Britain" display.
