Bible Tours reserve the right to cancel a tour (virtual or physical) in the event of unavailability of appropriate or adequate guide, in which situation the visitor(s) will be entitled to a maximum refund equivalent to the sum already paid.
In the event of visitor(s) being late for a tour, Bible Tours will offer to reschedule the tour depending on availability.
Bible Tours is not obligated to issue a refund for any tours that are missed or booked incorrectly by the visitor, however some refunds are given depending on the situation, at our discretion. Please contact us by email if needed.
We reserve the right to block attendance or admission, or to re-schedule the tour, in the event of any disruption beyond our control.
